Welcome to Whealz. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Whealz mobile application and any related services (together, the "Service") operated by the Whealz team ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain ownership of any text, photos, video, and other material you post to the Service ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content you grant Whealz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute it solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to post Your Content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

We may, at our discretion, remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can report content or users you believe violate these Terms from within the app. We do not pre-moderate posts but we act on credible reports.
The Service is built on infrastructure provided by third parties, including Supabase (database, storage, authentication) and Apple Push Notification service. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings ▸ Delete Account inside the app. Account deletion is immediate and permanent. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is deleted and what may be retained (for example, comments you left on other people's posts remain, attributed to a deleted user).
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination the licences you granted to your content will end except for backup copies retained for a limited period as part of normal system operation.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from vulnerabilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Whealz, its team, and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including damages for lost profits, lost data, or injury to person or property.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you through the Service before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Whealz is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
